Harmony's Horizontal ExtractPack
Developed for a customer in the beverage industry, the Horizontal ExtractPack will be the perfect fit with its automation features that will increase productivity and work seamlessly with your existing facilities and equipment.

 
       
 
This extractor/baler will efficiently extract liquid from your out of date containers, or out of spec product, collect or dispose of liquids, and produce a bale that can be sold to recyclers.  It can be used for either aluminum or PET containers, eliminating the need for both densifiers and perforators.  A bale made using the Horizontal ExtractPack drains and densifies up to 7,128 aluminum cans or up to 6,625 PET bottles (20 oz. containers). 
 
The liquid is drained into a 146 gallon reservoir with a large 3" drain port which can be hooked to a sump pump assembly to transfer the liquid into a larger or multiple containers for shipment or disposal.  Added benefits for this machine include:  conveyor/cart tipper options, automatic bale cycling to reduce labor costs, and custom hopper and chute options.

 
Vertical ExtractPack
This is the first baler of its kind to combine draining of liquid from both plastic and aluminum containers in one efficient step. Get the job done 7 times faster than draining by hand and get more for your material than selling it loose or flattened.  Optional sump pump to remove liquid from the 51 gallon reservoir.  Process 2,000 full plastic bottles or 4,000 aluminum cans which will be totally destroyed by the special "Shark's Teeth" on the ram face and chamber floor.
 
     Special Option for the Horizontal 
                     ExtractPack
    Due to the special request of some customers in the beverage bottling industry, the new Horizontal Extract Pack is also available in stainless steel.  This special provision protects against the caustic nature of soft drinks and aids in the cleaning and removal of residue and excess liquid.
 
    The TEFC motor and specially sealed electronics allows you to hose down the entire machine for quick and easy clean up.
